Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method with 5-6 days.

Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges for eligible products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within  1 days
of delivery. Please provide photographs and order details to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we may cover return shipping costs.
  • For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
